We do so in a manner that will usually not increase costs to our clients (i.e. were clients to work directly with local counsel in a given jurisdiction, their end costs will be similar). In other words, the 'value-added' costs of Mantra's services is generally built into the fee structure of our local partners.
Leading this unique consultancy is founder and chief executive Mr. Bharat Dube. In consulting with clients, Mr. Dube and his team typically collaborate with one or more of IP Gurus’s international experts to obtain exceptional results that add substantial value to the business and legal objectives of clients.
Prior to establishing IP Gurus in Geneva, Mr. Dube headed the IP litigation and enforcement team at the Swiss luxury goods group Richemont for nearly 20 years. Mr. Dube’s Indian roots, overseas education (notably at Harvard University and Duke Law School), global work experience and Asia focus make him uniquely placed to lead IP protection for his clients in the world’s high-growth countries.
We offer a flexible fee structure and a variety of compensation options that allow us to share risks and rewards with our clients.
